The City of Las Vegas Municipal Sports Unit has been proudly serving the Las Vegas Valley for over 30 years.  Offering top notch adult sports leagues and activities the, Municipal Sports Unit strives to continue to be the community leader in adult recreation.  Currently the Municipal Sports Units runs softball both Co-Ed, and Men's at Veterans Memorial Park, Lorenzi and Doc Romeo Park.  We also offer soccer leagues in 6 v 6, 8 v 8 and 11 v 11, at Kellogg Zaher Sports Park and Centennial Hills Park.  The programming doesn't stop there; we offer multiple tournaments throughout the year and are in the process of examining new and exciting adult sports to add to our ever expanding roster.   

In addition to organizing and executing adult athletic leagues and events, the Municipal Sports Unit is also the main office for Corporate Challenge, the largest amateur athletic event in the state of Nevada.  For 25 years, Corporate Challenge has been a healthy way for local companies and their employees to stay active in the community while adding a social component for those that want to sit on the sidelines and cheer on their colleagues. As a staple of the amateur athletic community in the valley, now more than ever, in these uncertain and challenging times, employees need the opportunity for unity, togetherness and camaraderie. Corporate Challenge promotes, enables, and supports teamwork, company pride, and corporate wellness. Another main component of the Municipal Sports Unit is the permitting and allocation of all of the City of Las Vegas athletic field facilities.  The Municipal Sports Unit assists in the distribution of fields for hourly play, such as picnics and practice time, all the way to large scale tournaments and league play.
